The NATO Joint CBRN Defence Centre of Excellence (COE), Vyškov, Czech Republic, the Observatory on Security and CBRNe Defence (OSDIFE), the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” – Department of Electronic Engineering, the University of the Republic of San Marino – Center for Security Training and Education, the Italian Joint Military School for Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defence and the Italian Joint Military Training Centre of Intelligence (CIFIGE) are pleased to invite you to Rome, Italy for the International Training Course “CBRNe IKM – CBRNe Information Knowledge Management“, from 02 to 06 November 2015.
This Course will be the first edition of such a jointly International effort, which involves representatives from some of the most valuable Institutions on CBRNe field and on the intelligence and information management as well.
The “CBRNe IKM – CBRNe Information Knowledge Management” consists of five training days. Through the intervention of prominent national and international mentors with both CBRNe and Intelligence expertise, as well as the valuable participation of CBRNE and WMD industry representatives, the first two days have the purpose to support experts, including those who do not yet have high technical skills in the latter field, by increasing their awareness and enabling them to generate accurate analyses. In addition, the following three days will be dedicated to practical activities, which will be provided in order to allow participants to immediately apply what they have learned during the previous theoretical sections.
The purpose is to provide a high qualified educational path where participant will be able to learn how to manage information, between the most relevant steps and the exploitation of dedicated tools and software, considering both technical CBRNe/WMD and Intelligence aspects.
Furthermore, a significant collaboration between University, Armed Forces and private experts on CBRNe/WMD and Intelligence fields will give a unique value added to this Course.
