The Observatory on CBRNe Security and Defence, since its foundation constantly involved in the training of technical civil and military personnel in order to develop and disseminate knowledge of unconventional threats at every level, is honored to have been integral part, in the light of the existing Memorandum of Cooperation between OSDIFE and the NATO Joint Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defence Centre of Excellence -JCBRN Defence Coe, of the International CBRN Training Curriculum for Trainers of First Responders to CBRN Incidents Course, which took place from 24th to 28th April in Vyskov – Czech Republic).
On behalf of OSDIFE, Mr Stefano Scaini delivered a lecture on โExplosives โ the โe” part of CBRNe”. The contribution was particularly appreciated by the organizers and the audience, especially thanks to a theoretical-practical approach which is very important for the operators.
OSDIFE would like to thank all the personnel of the JCBRN Centre of Excellence in Vyskov, with a special mention for Col. Vratislav Osvald, Director of the Centre, and Cap. Gorazd Stergar, and congratulate with Mr. Scaini for the great success of his lecture.
